HTS voice trained by using "CMU ARCTIC database"
(http://www.festvox.org/cmu_arctic/) is released as a part of hts_engine
(http://hts-engine.sourceforge.net/). This voice consists of HMMs trained by
using HMM-based Speech Synthesis System (HTS) version 2.3
(http://hts.sp.nitech.ac.jp/).
